The Duke's show last weekend was a blast!

We just moved to a new web server and boy are my fingers tired. I will be adding a lot of new functionality over the next few days, including a phpBB2 based discussion board and a subscription based mailing list.

I am also working on some Flash games for the site. In "Earth Needs an Anal Probe" you can blast asteroids and evil aliens as you help interstellar proctologists save the earth from painful rectal inflammation. I am also working on "Zilch," a dice-rolling and bong-smoking game popular at WPI back in the days.

Triskaidekaphenia is coming along slowly but surely. We hope to have the mixdown wrapped up in the next week or so.

The website is almost up and running! We have added a lot of MP3s and other stuff, and will continue to add a lot more in the future. Check back soon for photos, band bios and merchandise.

Our upcoming CD Triskaidekaphenia is in the capable hands of Roger Lavallee at Tremolo Lounge and is almost finished with mixdown. For all of you cunning linguists out there, Tris is derived from ancient greek for 'three', kai, ancient greek for 'and', and deka, ancient greek for 'ten' (three and ten or thirteen). Phenia, of course, is derived from a bunch of ancient Englishmen with big noses and a kick-ass drummer. The new CD should be ready for release sometime in early fall

Speaking of the new CD, we have just released a promotional demo featuring four of the final mixes from Triskaidekaphenia. These include the modern surf classic "All Over Your Face", the cock-rockin' swagger of "Sweet Sixteen," a honkin' little ska number called "Keep Talkin'," and finally "You'll Do," a chunky power pop ditty if I say so myself. If you have a radio show, book a club, play in a band or just want to hear the new stuff then drop us a line or talk to us at our next show and we may be able to slide you a copy.

We have a show coming up Saturday, August 21st at Duke's Place on Green Street in Worcester. I don't know if it will be a stripped down acoustic set or a full blown rockin' extravaganza as this depends on whatever sound system will be available. Stay tuned to our Shows page for more details.
